"A crisp and nervy white showing aromas of fennel and subtle herbs. The palate is bright and linear, with laser-like precision and a subtle touch of flesh in the finish that rounds out this loureiro-based white. Drink now."

"The 2024 Loureiro showcases the house profile of whites with a notable absence of fruit"it is serious, austere, mineral and earthy with contained ripeness and alcohol and good freshness and acidity. It was produced with grapes from 16-year-old vines on deep granite soils at 50 and 100 meters of altitude, part of them very close to the sea. The direct pressing of the grapes fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts at a slightly higher temperature and was kept two months with the fine lees but without bâtonnage. It didn't go through malolactic fermentation and has 11% alcohol, a pH of 3.2 and seven grams of acidity, with good balance. 28,680 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2025."

"The 2023 Loureiro is similar to the Ten. Its from the direct pressing of the grapes and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts at a slightly higher temperature, so it's a little less exuberant but with a subtle note of honey and beeswax intermixed with the white fruit and flowers. It didn't go through malolactic fermentation and has slightly higher maturity, with 10.5% alcohol, and better balance. 55,600 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2024 after two months with lees but without bâtonnage."

"The colour is bright straw-green with hints of deeper yellow-gold. Inviting aromas of green apple, minerals and white flowers soar from the glass, with a hint of balsamic resins. In the mouth, it is very fresh and lifted, with laser-like acidity nicely lifting and extending the zingy citrus, nuanced tropical fruit and mineral flavours on the long finish."
