• 100% Lechuguilla (Agave bovicornuta)
• Before harvest, the agave’s reproductive stalk (“quiote”) was cut (“capón”) for one year, allowing the sugars to concentrate in the heart
• Cooked in a conical earthen oven and milled by hand
• Fermented in food grade plastic tubs with spring water
• Distilled twice using stainless steel pot still
• Bold aromatics of tangerine and lime peel, cinnamon & clove—zesty, spicy, and refreshing! It’s that rare mezcal that could fit in just as well at a tiki bar as mezcaleria.
