"The white 2023 La Loma & Los Santos, containing some 60% Macabeo and 40% Garnacha Blanca, fermented in concrete and matured in 500- and 900-liter oak barrels, with some Macabeo in concrete egg, for 13 months. This has to be the finest vintage of this white; it's a year with more tension and is very expressive and nuanced, with notes of dry yellow flowers and pollen. It is finessed, beautifully textured and velvety, with volume, sapidity and electricity, and it is crunchy and citrusy, with a salty twist in the finish. This should age nicely in bottle. 4,032 bottles were filled in July 2025."

"This has aromas of peaches, white flowers and a saline touch. The palate is harmonious, with a chiseled profile and linearity that follow through to a saline finish. A blend of macabeo and garnacha blanca from two vineyards. Fermented in cement and aged in Austrian and French oak. Drink or hold."

"The white 2021 La Loma & Los Santos was produced with 60% Macabeo and 40% Garnacha Blanca from 50- to 60-year-old vines on limestone and slate soils. It fermented in concrete after a 24-hour maceration and matured in 500- and 900-liter oak barrels for 14 months. It has 13.5% alcohol and a low pH denoting freshness and good acidity. In this cooler year, the wine is more floral and citrus, more nuanced and elegant, with tasty flavors, a sapid sensation a salty twist and the dry finish from the limestone soils, beautifully textured. It's a more complete wine than the 2020‡tight, energetic, persistent. Superb. 3,1223 bottles were filled in March 2023."

"Delicately floral with fresh white pear. Bright-fruited, with extract and structure, making for a rather gastronomic wine with good ageing potential. (FG)"
