Azumaichi Junmai Daiginjo is the essence of premium Kyushu sake: rich, full bodied, and bold with layers of cascading flavor. Deep aromas of melon and toasted grains, bright flavors of pineapple and tart apple and a definitive acidic finish. An ideal pairing for richer food like fatty tuna and roasted pork. Made from Yamada Nishiki rice grown by the brewery on its private rice farm and milled to 39%.
