Gin No. 25 is a contemporary gin crafted to celebrate Todd Leopold’s 25th year as a brewer and distiller. This citrus-driven expression begins with individual distillates of green and red Mandarin oranges from Santa Catarina, Brazil. Underripe oranges harvested in September yield aromatic green peels that are commonly used in culinary applications while ripe oranges harvested in December offer a reddish-orange fruit with flavors that mirror the closely related tangerine. When blended, the interplay between the sweet fruit and savory spice provides a dynamic foundation for citrus-forward cocktails.
