Fiori Amaro

• Limited edition amaro produced by Iseya Distillery in Sagamihara, Japan
• Made with over 34 botanicals featuring lemon verbena, rhubarb, peach blossom, rock rose, Greek mountain tea, jasmine, marigold, vetiver, wormwood flower, chamomile, mallow flower, and mint flower
• Botanicals are macerated in neutral sugarcane spirit
• Sweetened using honey, brown cane sugar, and Japanese beet sugar
• 30% ABV

Borrowing the Italian word for “flowers”, Fiori takes inspiration from the plants, places, and people Scarlet founder Tatsuya Motonaga has encountered over the last decade. This amaro focuses on macerated flowers, many of which come from the plants used in other Scarlet expressions, such as mint and wormwood. This special commemorative batch marks both the 100th batch of Scarlet and the Iseya Distillery’s fourth year of production, and Tatsuya himself considers it one of his best creations.
