"The NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Revolution Brut Nature is 50% from 2017, 30% from 2016, and the rest from 2015, raised in equal parts used Burgundy barrels and stainless steel. It has a golden yellow hue and is ripe and inviting with aromas of baked apples, preserved citrus, crystalline ginger, floral perfume, and croissants. The palate is assertive and energetic, with a pithy texture, a zesty mousse, a strong mineral drive, and vibrant acidity. It has a more electric feel, with good density. Drink it over the coming 15 years."

"The NV Blanc de Blancs Révolution Grand Cru Non-Dosé (2016 base) is 100% Chardonnay, composed of 50% 2016, 30% 2015 and 20% 2014. Rich, deep and layered, the Revolution has a ton to offer. Apricot, peach, spice, crushed flowers and chamomile all take shape as this powerful, vinous Champagne shows off its resonant, expansive personality. Extended time on the lees (48+ months) has added notable complexity. This is one of the most intriguing Champagnes I have tasted from Doyard lately. Terrific. Bottled with no dosage. Disgorged: November 17, 2022."

"Doyard™s 2019 vintage-based NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Non Dosé Révolution, disgorged in May 2025, unfurls from the glass with aromas of nashi pear, peach, orange oil and freshly baked bread mingled with honeysuckle. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, fleshy yet incisive, built around a rich core of fruit supported by ripe but vibrant acidity and culminating in a bone-dry, saline finish, where delicate aromatic bitters assert themselves. Readers will recall that the cuvée derives principally from Avize, complemented by fruit from Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Cramant, and is vinified in equal parts in stainless steel and oak."

"An elegant, citrusy champagne full of lemon-pulp and linden-tree aromas with a whiff of rosewater. There™s a sort of fruit sweetness on the palate with delicacy, refreshing acidity and light body. Chalk-flavored finish with a touch of bitterness. Drink now."

"A high-toned, fragrant blanc de blancs, with floral, herb, graphite and spice notes wafting through succulent flavors of nectarine, melon and white cherry fruit, plus a rich hint of grilled macadamia. Long and finely balanced, with a lacy mousse that carries the profile on the lasting finish. Disgorged March 2024. Drink now through 2029. 500 cases imported."
