"A very mineral style full of chalk and lemon peel, coconut and butter. Fine bubbles with light to medium body, zesty acidity and slightly honeyed flavors. Tense, stony finish. Almost austere yet polished. Drinkable now but best in one or two years."

"The NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Eloquence Extra Brut pours a bright yellow hue and is attractive, taking on a bit more layered depth in the range. It features pretty floral and inviting notes of lemon sorbet, fresh pear, melon, and a powdery, fresh perfume. Medium-bodied, it comes to life with refreshing energy on the palate, featuring snappy lift and bright acidity, although it's not overly austere. It has a lovely, fine mousse that, as it opens, becomes creamier in texture and rounds out the palate with a very appealing roasted note, balancing it with a clean, chalky texture. Drink 2025-2040. Made with 80% from 2022 with 20% reserve wine. Disgorged in February 2024."
