• Lichi-Li: Taiwanese lychees are macerated and distilled to retain their floral character; 18% ABV
• Fruit de la Passion: Passion fruit juice is combined with sugar beet distillate for a lush expression with lustrous acidity; 16% ABV
• Mangue: Underripe and ripe Kent mangos from South America are macerated in alcohol for approximately one month for a beautifully textural palate; 20% ABV
• Pamplemousse: Fresh pink grapefruit peels are steam distilled to capture their bright essential oils and combined with sugar beet distillate; 16% ABV
