"The NV Champagne Blanc De Noirs Les Meuniers De Raoul Extra Brut is 100% Meunier from 2020 and was disgorged in June 2023 with 2 grams per liter dosage. It boasts a copper-toned straw hue in the glass and offers aromas of fresh bread, almond, plum, and grapefruit. Medium-bodied, it has good energy and nerve on the palate, with a clean, savory, and zesty finish and a lively, energetic mousse. Drink over the next 5-7 years."

"The NV (2022) Extra Brut Les Meuniers de Raoul is a very pretty, lifted wine. Crushed flowers, chamomile, pear, ginger and lemon peel all grace this translucent, airy Meunier. This is an especially aromatic, restrained style. Dosage is 2 grams per liter: Disgorged: July 2024."
