"Given 30 months to rest, the 2022 Caino Tinto Ancestral is made from Caino Tinto using ancestral methods. A textured, saline-driven wine, it™s lengthy and interesting, light to medium-bodied, a wine that is more ponderous than pleasing, and that™s okay. Drink now."

"Produced with red Ca¡¤o grapes, the 2019 Albamar Ancestral Blanc de Noirs is a sparkling wine produced by the ancestral method of finishing fermentation in bottle, where it was kept for thirtysomething months with lees. It has a lot more complexity, a lactic touch on the nose, a solid palate and fine, integrated bubbles, low alcohol and high acidity. They only did 500 bottles of this."
