Caffé, Scarlet’s take on a coffee amaro, utilizes lightly roasted Ethiopian coffee from the village of Alo in Bensa, Sidama, and Panamanian Geisha coffee—the world’s rarest and most expensive variety, with auction lots reaching prices over $30,000 per kilogram in 2025. The coffee is cold brewed and blended with aromatized spirit before it is sweetened using two sweeteners to best complement the coffees and their supporting botanicals.
