- 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot
- Most fruit is sourced from their Kadita Vineyard in the Upper Galilee Mountains, close to the Biblical village of Kadita
- Planted at 800m ASL on volcanic soils, the climate of the region is generally cooler with a wide diurnal shift
- The Cabernet Franc sourced from their Binyamina Vineyard close to the Mediterranean Sea in the village Binyamina, midway between Tel Aviv and Haifa
- Planted on iron-rich terra rossa soils containing a high concentration of clay, the climate of the region is generally warmer with a moderate diurnal shift

- Fruit is allowed to rest overnight in a cool room
- Destemmed then crushed into stainless steel to settle for 24 hours
- The must is then inoculated with their choice yeast
- Pump-overs are utilized during fermentation and for an additional week after completion
- After fermentation is complete, they do not press but rack off only free-run wine from the seeds and skins
- Racked twice for clarity then racked a final time into one- to three-year-old Sequin-Moreau French oak barrels (and 5% American oak barrels) to be aged for twelve months
- Blended and bottled without fining
- Only 262 cases produced
