"White peaches, nutmeg, crushed stones and pie crust on the nose, as well as some lemon sherbet. Tangy and bright on the palate, acid-driven but powerful, with minerally and salty undertones. Long, lively finish. 100% chardonnay from Oger. 3.5 g/L dosage. Disgorged July 2024. Drink now or hold."

"The 2017 Champagne Grand Cru Oger Special Club Extra Brut offers generous aromas of Parmesan, poached apples, leesy fresh bread, and poached lemon. The palate is more robust and broader in structure, yet remains medium-bodied with a fleshy, pithy texture, while staying bright on the palate. The mousse is refined and highlights the saltiness and bitter citrus of the palate, with savory, mouthwatering length and hints of fresh ginger spice. Disgorged in July 2024, with a dosage of 4.5 grams per liter. Best enjoyed from 2025 to 2040."

"The most giving and broad-shouldered of the village bottlings in this vintage is the 2016 Special Club Oger Grand Cru, hailing from four plots in the village of Oger. Disgorged in the summer of 2024 with a dosage of 4.5 grams per liter, it soars from the glass with aromas of elderflower, ripe citrus fruit and smoke. Full-bodied and textural, structured around a rich, sweet core of fruit and underpinned by succulent but vibrant acidity, it is gourmand and fruit-forward, reflecting the identity of the southern Côte des Blancs. Gimonnet reveals that Oger is the highest-yielding village at his estate."

"Disgorged in February 2024 with a dosage of 4.5 grams per liter, the 2017 Special Club Oger Grand Cru derives from the same four plots as its predecessor (with the majority from Les Terres de Noël and Bruly). It wafts from the glass with a bouquet of peach, quince and brioche, mingling with sweet citrus fruit. Full-bodied and textural, it possesses a generous core of fruit, supported by vibrant acidity and bright chalkiness, complemented by a pillowy mousse. Like its predecessor, it™s one of the more demonstrative, textural wines across the Special Club bottlings, interpreting the southern Côte des Blancs."
