Blanco 'Heaven and Hell'

• A field blend of Treixadura, Albariño, Godello, Lado, Verdello, Torrontés and others
• Sourced from O Forcadal, a parcel planted in 1910 in the village of Gomariz on clay with blue and red schist (Ribeiro zone, without appellation)
• Macerated on the skins for 3 hours before pressing
• Fermented and raised 8 months in neutral 500-700L barrique
• ‘Heaven and Hell’ is both a reference to the ‘good angels’ of the vines in the ‘infernal’ heat of the summer, and X-L Sebio’s metalhead tribute to Black Sabbath’s track of the same name
