Black Label (40% abv)

• Soju produced by Tokki Soju in Chungju, South Korea
• Produced from glutinous rice grown locally in Chungju
• Seven- to ten-day parallel fermentation using nuruk, a traditional Korean starter made from milled barley inoculated with yeast
• Double distilled in a copper hybrid still; the first distillation is run through the pot still and the second through the column
• Floral and fruity with custard apple, strawberries and cream, and underripe pear on the nose. The palate displays layers of rice throughout—from light and grassy tones to richer, nuttier notes—with lightly toasted almond, prickly ash, and a hint of roasted taro on a clean finish
• No sweeteners or additives
• Non-chill filtered; 40% ABV
