"This has aromas of dried flowers and cherries. The palate is medium to full bodied, with precise, chalky tannins and expressive fruit that complements the structure. Grippy yet attractive, with freshness and definition throughout. From different vineyards in Bairrada, mainly young vines propagated through massale selection from old, centenary baga vineyards, planted on Jurassic limestone soils. Fully destemmed and fermented in tank with very little extraction and a long maceration on the skins."
