"This has a beautiful nose of golden fruit with a touch of bread. The palate is fleshy, linear, layered and multidimensional, with a savory, precise texture that is subtly enveloping and leads to a long, flavorful finish. This is 100% bical from a single vineyard with vines over 60 years old, planted on deep Jurassic limestone soils. "Delicate nose of white flowers, green fennel and subtle lime zest. The palate is tight, with subtle fruit and mineral character. Slightly phenolic, too. This comes from a single 60-year-old vineyard planted on clay and limestone soil. The wine ferments and ages in traditional 1,500-liter pipas.
