"The NV Amontillado del Castillo is a Palomino from El Puerto de Santa María, drawn from 38 casks and aged for around 20 years through both biological and oxidative aging. Fine wood, caramel and mature aging notes dominate the nose, layered with dried flowers and subtle tertiary detail. Dry and broad on the palate, with moderate richness and a finish marked by American oak, curry spice and a warm alcoholic breath. (Lot: 251128)"
