"The 2022 Hárslevel? 21 Buckets was pressed after a few days of skin contact and fermented in a used 1,200-liter acacia barrel. The nose is full of creamy acacia charm that embraces apple, linden blossom and tender white, slightly herbal florals. The palate is just as creamy and has a yeasty texture on a medium, fluid, smooth body that is almost emollient. While fresh, it is also mild and has a bone-dry finish. (Bone-dry)"
