Located in the mountains of northern Osaka surrounded by terraced rice paddies and deep bamboo forests, Akishika Brewery is committed to organic and sustainable farming practices for their rice, working closely with local farmers to develop new techniques. Currently run by the 6th generation of the Oku family, they produce bold, acidic and layered sake with bite and texture.
