Established in 1984, The Ikinokura Distillery is located on Iki Island, the largest island of a small archipelago north of Nagasaki and west of Fukuoka, Japan. It produces Ikikko Koji Whisky from the island’s traditional mash bill of 2/3 barley and 1/3 koji rice.
