REGION: Jura

Domaine Rolet is a traditional domaine based in the rugged hills of Arbois, producing balanced, mineral-driven wines that are classic renditions of the special wines that come from the Jura. The domaine farms organically and uses minimal intervention to make wines of purity and elegance.

Gahier harvests and vinifies his wines parcel by parcel. Each wine ultimately is derived exclusively from a single vineyard site.  The viticulture is organic (although not “certified”). The wines, both white and red, are aged in old foudres and barrel. The wines are bottled without filtration.
