In 2014, Enrique Pena González embraced his passion for distilling and built his own distillery from scratch in A Coruña, Spain. His exacting attention to detail permeates every aspect of this small-scale production and the resulting gin elegantly evokes the Galician tradition of craftsmanship.

Viñedos do Gabián is built on 2.5 hectares of local grape varieties, grown in a natural amphitheater of granitic sand. With his perfectly-balanced & weightlessly-intense wines, Pepe Pereiro López-Quecuty has cemented his status as a rising star of the New Spain.

XL Sebio is the force behind Viños de Encostas, offering a trio of old-vine Treixadura-based blends from Ribeiro, but also a diverse range of varieties from further afield. In effect, he’s a one-man tour of some of Galicia’s greatest hits.
