Credit: Huckleberry Bar adjusted for Skurnik Spirits

• 2 oz Helix Vodka
• .5 oz simple syrup
• .5 oz fresh lemon juice
• .25 oz Giffard Ginger of the Indies
• Top with tonic water

Combine ingredients in a mixing tin; add ice & shake. Strain over fresh ice into Collin glass and top with tonic. Garish with a lemon wedge.
