Gul Shah Fizz

• 1 oz Lemorton 'Selection' Calvados
• 1 oz Hans Reisetbauer Blue Gin
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• .25 oz kümmel
• .25 oz simple syrup
• 2 cucumber slices
• club soda

Muddle two cucumber slices in simple syrup; add other ingredients and shake; strain into collins glass; top with soda. Garnish with a fennel frond.
