Xinomavro Rosé, 'Akakies', Kir-Yianni
100% Xinomavro grown at high altitude (700m) in sandy soils across the mountains from Kir-Yianni’s home base of Naoussa in Amyndeon, Greece’s only appellation for rosé. 90% of the juice is macerated while 10% is bled off from red-wine production. 3 months’ aging. ‘Akakies’ is Greek for ‘acacias’.
