• Vineyards located in Massa-Carrara as well as Bolgheri with an average elevation of 150 meters above sea level
• Sandy and schist soils
• Hand-harvested
• Long direct cycle pressing, static decanting and fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature
• Aged on its lees for 3 months before bottling
• About 1600 cases produced annually
