Vermentino di Gallura, Surrau

This is Surrau’s estate-bottled, entry level 100% Vermentino. Fruit is a selection of younger vines grown in decomposed granite soils and clay. Fermentation and aging takes place exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine is bottled in March following the harvest each year.
