Vermentino di Gallura Superiore ‘Sciala’, Surrau
Sciala in Sardinian dialect refers to having an abundance of things. It is a selection of their best vermentino from estate vineyards in the Surrau valley. After a brief contact with the skins, the grapes ferment in stainless steel under temperature control with indigenous yeasts. This wine rests on its fine lees for a few months before bottling.
