Verdicchio di Matelica ‘Fogliano’, Bisci
100% Verdicchio from 4 hectares in calcareous, clayey soil with a southern exposure at an altitude between 300 and 350m above sea level. Fermentation in glazed cement tanks with temperature control. Aged in cement on the lees for 18 months, followed by 3 months in bottle before release. 522 cases produced.
