Valdeorras Blanco 'Pagos del Galir'
100% Godello produced from a selection of grapes from the Regueirón and O Serro vineyards in Entoma. These high-altitude, steep (30% grade) vineyards are primarily on slate. Hand-harvested with some cold maceration before fermentation in tank. Five months’ aging on the fine lees in tank before bottling.
