Spumante Rose Extra Dry
- A blend of Glera, Raboso and other indigenous variety from Treviso (Veneto)
- Grapes are harvested in mid-September
- First and Second fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts
- The spumante is left on the lees for 3 months and then clarified and bottled
- 11% alcohol
- 15g/l of residual sugar
