The historical Froscà cru, planted in 1930, is a 6 hectare plot of ninety+ year old Garganega vines planted in calcareous and tuffaceous (volcanic) soils. The fruit goes through a soft pressing and immediate cooling of the must. Alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous and aging on the lees takes place in both stainless steel and oak casks. 1666 cases produced.
