• Made from 100% malted Propino two row barley, milled and mashed in-house
• Mash fermented in Mizunara washbacks for 90–100 hours

• Aged 5 years in ex-bourbon casks that previously held Chichibu peated whisky
• Bottled at cask strength without additives or coloring
• Limited US release of 220 bottles
• Non-chill filtered; 63.8% ABV

A continuation of Chichibu’s Zodiac Series of single cask releases, this single malt was matured in an ex-bourbon barrel that previously held peated Chichibu whisky, resulting in a beautifully nuanced expression; while not directly peated, it exhibits an elegant smokey character.
