• Single cask, aged rum distilled by Foursquare Rum Distillery in Saint Philip, Barbados, and bottled by Holmes Cay
• Blend of double retort copper pot still and twin column Coffey still rums distilled from molasses
• Aged 15 years; tropically aged in Barbados for 11 years in ex-bourbon casks; aged in Liverpool, UK, for 4 years in ex-English whisky casks that previously held red wine
• Sweet, yeasted bread, hot pepper, and fresh coconut on the nose transition to cinnamon, toasted coconut, plum, and vanilla on the palate with cracked pepper and toffee on a mineralic finish
• No sugar, coloring, or other additives
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 58.6% ABV

One of only two casks released in North America, this bottling originally comes from the legendary Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados where it was aged 11 years before making its way to the U.K. for an additional 4 years of maturation in ex-English whisky casks that previously held red wine. The result is a bold and refined expression that masterfully integrates the subtleties of its multi-cask maturation with Foursquare’s confectionary, faintly herbal blended rum.
