Semi-Sweet Sparkling Rosé Cider , Finger Lakes Cider House
- A mix of sharp, high acid apples (primarily late-season) blended with 18% fresh (unfermented) Reisling juice grown at Hosmer vineyards (Ovid, NY) and 10% Marechal Foch (French variety) red grape wine produced at Swedish Hill Vineyards (Romulus, NY). Put through a secondary fermentation in a closed pressurized tank and bottled at 5 volumes of carbonation pressure.
