Bright, crisp and refreshing, the Cultivar Sauvignon Blanc is expressive with citrus, notes of grapefruit rind, key lime, and fresh basil. There is an expression of richness and minerality associated with the concrete egg fermentation. 13.6% ABV. 1,200 cases produced.
