Sauvignon Blanc, ‘Marlborough’, Mount Riley
The Mount Riley Sauvignon Blanc is a blend from multiple vineyard sites from the Awatere Valley and the Wairau Valley in Marlborough. 80% estate fruit from a family owned and operated winery. Grapes were crushed and destemmed prior to pressing and fermentation occurred in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve the lifted aromatics in this wine.
