Made with Pinhook’s proprietary mash bill of 60% rye, 20% corn, and a whopping 20% malted barley, this expression is distilled at the Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, and aged at least 2 years before bottling. The result is an unparalleled American rye whiskey bursting with bright aromas of pear, clove, walnut, and honeycomb which precede a palate of baked apple, black pepper, and toffee.
