Certified organic on the label since the 2013 vintage! The grapes come from La Serena estate vineyards, which are approximately 10 years old. Fermentation-maceration occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about 20-30 days, and then the wine ages in 20 hectoliter French oak casks for nine months.
