100% Sangiovese Grosso from Ciacci’s Montalcino estate. Vineyards are located at 240-360 meters above sea level with mineral-rich galestro soils. Fermentation takes place in a combination of stainless steel and cement tank. Wine is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.
