Sourced from Calesa Vineyard located in the Petaluma Gap, JAX’s Y3 Rosé is an intentional Rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir harvested at 21 brix. Whole-cluster pressed with 14-16 hours on the skins, and fermented in 100% stainless steel giving way to delicate, bone-dry style with 10.5% ABV.
