Tasting Notes

Named after a bisque for its savory qualities, this wine is a field blend a dozen different co-fermented varieties including Lagrein, Teroldego, Petite Verdot, and Zweigelt, planted in single rows as an experimental vineyard, to see how these grapes would fare on the hills of Lake Neusiedl. Sourced from four different vineyards, this is a rosé for both your picnic and dinner table!
