"Sourced from the Sonnenberg, the 2021 Riesling Gipskeuper Bönnigheim is coolish, clear and fresh on the complex, bright and iodine-scented nose that is as dense as it is deep. Full-bodied, fresh and salty on the palate, this is a full-bodied and lush yet pure, still young and nervously vivacious and edgy Riesling with a firm grip and lots of extract. This is a very promising Riesling from the Gipskeuper soils of the Sonnenberg, Tasted in April 2022 as a tank sample ready to be bottled."
