A lovely herbal savor accompanies the vividly expressive nose of ripe Meyer lemon. The palate is juicy, and rounder and more generous than the nose suggests, but it also brings with it the tanginess of ripe citrus. This is fluid, dry, concentrated and juicy, swishing all those Mandarin orange and clementine notes across the tongue. The finish is vivid and pithy.
Beautiful, minerally aromas of crushed peppermint, dried citrus and candied orange peel. Medium-bodied and very sleek with punchy acidity, steely resolve and a graceful yet pithy finish. Drink now or hold
