Riesling Feuersbrunn is sourced from two vineyards: Ried Kirchthal and Ried Losling, both are dominated by gravel-soils and cool winds, typical for the high terraces of the Hengstberg. Soils here are the typical red gravel of this area, with the sites high up on the hill.
Organic farming, selective hand picking in stainless steel boxes, skin contact for one day. Maturation on fine yeast for a couple of months
