Ribera del Duero 'Malleolus de Sanchomartin'
Ribera del Duero, 'Malleolus de Sanchomartin', Bodegas Emilio Moro
The top of the Emilio Moro range, Malleolus de Sanchomartin is made exclusively with grapes from the Pago de Sanchomartin vineyard, which was planted in 1964 with cuttings from the Valderramiro vineyard. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is moved to new French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and 22 months of aging. Only 3,000 bottles are produced per vintage.
