Tasting Notes

The Yarden Katzrin presents complex characters of ripe black fruits and dark chocolate, attractive hints of orange rind, flowers and fresh herbs, and a pleasing background of rich French oak. This intensely flavored blended wine is full bodied, even a bit muscular, with a very long finish. Though enjoyable upon release, the wine will improve in the bottle for a number of years, and remain in outstanding drinking condition for some 15-20 years from harvest.
