• Vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon from Red Mountain’s best vineyards, Merlot from Stone Tree vineyard on the Wahluke Slope, and Petit Verdot from Dionysus

• Winemaking: All hand-harvested, Cab was fermented in large 400L French oak barrels that were gently rolled and the remaining grapes were fermented in traditional stainless steel tanks. Aged for 22 months in French oak, 85% new
